Ingredients

Ingredients for Smoothie

  • 80 gm Frozen Strawberries
  • 60 gm Frozen Bananas
  • 80 gm Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat/No Fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds Soak them for 5 min in 1 tbsp water

Ingredients for Garnishing

  • 20 gm Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Roohafza
  • 1 No. Fresh Strawberry
  • 5 gm Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, add Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Bananas, Greek Yogurt, Soaked Chia Seeds and Milk. Blend them for 3-4 minutes to make a thick Smoothie.
    If you don't have frozen fruit handy, add the fresh fruit and 3-4 cubes of ice.
  • In a small bowl, add yogurt and rose syrup. Mix well.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with Rose Yogurt. Also add fresh chopped strawberries and pumpkin seeds

Notes

You can keep diced Strawberries and Bananas in the freezer beforehand to make your smoothies. You can keep them refrigerated for upto 2 months.
