Mango Strawberry Smoothie

This is my favorite Smoothie to enjoy in Summer and for those days when I really want something healthy in no time. You need less than five minutes to make this easy smoothie. Ingredients

Ingredients for Smoothie

  • 80 gm Frozen Strawberries
  • 80 gm Frozen Mango
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds Soak in 1 tbsp water for 5 minutes
  • 80 gm Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Skim/No Fat Milk Replace with Plant based milk if you want

Ingredients for Garnishing

  • 20 gm Low Far Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mango Puree
  • 5 gm Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 No. Almonds

Instructions

  • In a blender, add Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Mangoes, Greek Yogurt, Soaked Chia Seeds and Milk. Blend them for 3-4 minutes to make a thick Smoothie.
    If you don't have frozen fruit handy, add the fresh fruit and 3-4 cubes of ice.
  • In a small bowl, add yogurt and mango puree. Mix well.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with mango Yogurt. Also add fresh chopped almonds and pumpkin seeds

Notes

You can keep diced Strawberries and mangoes in the freezer beforehand to make your smoothies. You can keep them refrigerated for up to 2 months.
