Ingredients
Ingredients for Smoothie
80gmFrozen Strawberries
80gmFrozen Mango
1tspChia SeedsSoak in 1 tbsp water for 5 minutes
80gmLow fat Greek Yogurt
1/2cupSkim/No Fat MilkReplace with Plant based milk if you want
Ingredients for Garnishing
20gmLow Far Greek Yogurt
1tbspMango Puree
5gmPumpkin Seeds
2No.Almonds
Instructions
In a blender, add Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Mangoes, Greek Yogurt, Soaked Chia Seeds and Milk. Blend them for 3-4 minutes to make a thick Smoothie.If you don't have frozen fruit handy, add the fresh fruit and 3-4 cubes of ice.
In a small bowl, add yogurt and mango puree. Mix well.
Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with mango Yogurt. Also add fresh chopped almonds and pumpkin seeds
Notes
You can keep diced Strawberries and mangoes in the freezer beforehand to make your smoothies. You can keep them refrigerated for up to 2 months.
